Production Process
STEP 1 Edit Artwork
After the customer sends the artwork of the product to us, we discuss the artwork with the customer and adjusted the details. Once the client finalize and confirm the artwork with us, the order is complete and immediately sent to the plate-making factory.
STEP 2 Plate Making
After the plate-making factory returns the plate to our factory, we proceed to confirm the copper plate quality. Once adjusted and confirmed, we begin the test prints, assuring stable quality of the gravure printing machine.
STEP 3 Printing
After the copper plate is installed in the eight-color printing machine, the ink is attached to the gravure dots in the copper plate by rolling. Then, the excess ink on the gravure dots is scraped and flattened by a scraper. Finally, the ink is rolled smoothly by a fast-pressing cylinder, completing the film printing.
STEP 4 Machine Quality Inspection
When high-speed printing is in progress, the product inspection machine will perform computer analysis which are recorded and stored in the computer. It can effectively perform removal actions during product inspection, such as poor registration, spray dots, draw lines, etc. This ensures the quality can be stably transferred to the next production for processing.
STEP 5 Lamination
After the printing is completed, the print will need to be laminated. The adhesive layer is evenly coated to the composite material, and the solvent is removed through the oven drying system. At the same time, the other composite materials are pressed to the base material by the pressing wheel, then placed in the maturation room to be cut: The matured roll film will be cut out according to the product specifications submitted to us by the customer.
STEP 6 Striping
The finished product is cut to the size and length required by the client.
STEP 7 Bag Making
Pressure, temperature, time, and heat-sealing are used to finish the product. We then place the cut roll film on the machine to perform the heat-sealing and crimping process. Once done, we move to the final step of cut and mold.
